MANATEE -- The pharmacy at a Walgreens store in Bradenton was robbed Wednesday morning, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.
The suspect approached a pharmacist at the store at 4320 26th St. W. about 11:15 a.m. and demanded specific prescription medications. He took several drugs and was last seen jogging northeast from the store, according to a news release.
The pharmacist activated the robbery alarm, and deputies flooded the area but didn't find the suspect, according to the report.

The suspect was described as being about 30 years old, with a "scruffy" appearance. He was wearing a maroon shirt with a white logo on the left chest, black or blue shorts, tan shoes, beige ball cap and sunglasses.
No one was hurt in the robbery.
