MANATEE — A woman had her purse snatched Friday morning as she walked near the intersection of Fifth Street East and 59th Avenue East in Bradenton, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.
Two suspects got out of a white Ford Expedition, snatched the purse from the woman’s shoulder and drove away with it. The purse contained a cell phone and personal items with no substantial value, according to a report.
The woman was not hurt.
The robbery happened about 11:40 a.m.
