MANATEE — Deputies are investigating a shooting into unoccupied vehicles that occurred early Thursday morning in the 1200 block of 24th Avenue East in Palmetto.
A white, newer model SUV with dark-tinted windows was seen in the area when several gunshots were heard. Three vehicles at a nearby business were hit by 8-10 rounds from an unknown caliber weapon.
No injuries were reported.
